This page explains what information VeloraVPN ("we", "us") collects when you use veloravpn.online and our VPN service, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. This policy is written in plain language rather than dense legal text so it's easy to actually read.
Account information. When you sign up, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your actual password in readable form).
VPN connection information. When you connect to a server, we generate a WireGuard cryptographic key pair for your device and assign it an internal IP address (e.g. 10.8.0.5) on that server. We store the public key and assigned IP tied to your account so the same connection can keep working across sessions.
What we do not collect: we do not log which websites or services you visit, what data you send or receive through the VPN tunnel, or your browsing history. Our servers act as a relay — they are not configured to inspect or record the contents or destinations of your VPN traffic.
Ad-viewing records. Our free tier is ad-supported: when you watch an ad to earn connection time, we record the date/time this happened, to enforce a daily limit and grant your free time.
Session cookies. We use a cookie to keep you logged in. It contains only a random session identifier — no tracking data.
Account and connection data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us (see below) and we'll remove it, aside from anything we're legally required to retain.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing (for example, ad personalization). To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
VeloraVPN is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this page as the service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
